How to remove acne scars and how to clear dark spot of acne naturally

The 3 day apple program and similar programs are a good START, but that's all they should really be - a jump start. So don't kid yourself that after 3 days you'll be acne-free forever, and then go out and eat anything you want without consequences. Not likely. The truth is, it takes a little more 'fine-tuning' of your diet to keep acne away - for good.
Now supplements and herbs, ah-ha... that's the key... eh? Well, herbs can be 'iffy' and supplements are usually deemed safer than drugs but a word about supplements...
By eating less of the foods that cause hormonal imbalance I reduced my acne in days. And by eating more food that balances hormones I cleared my skin. It's really simple, and I just wish I had found out about it YEARS earlier. The worst food for acne is vegetable oil. It causes cystic acne, inflamed, red bumps, that take ages to heal and fade. Vegetable oil is easy to avoid (for example don't use sunflower oil to cook with), and results of avoiding it are DRAMATIC.
